Important Notes:
- High Schools (9th/10th) are not listed as a campus choice. Parents should choose the senior high feeder (example: for a McMillan 9th Swimming athlete, the parent should choose Plano East Senior High).
- A student athlete must have all paperwork signed by a parent/guardian before he or she can participate in any physical activity. This includes tryouts.
- Physical Examination: Must be dated after April 2023; Required for incoming all athletes.
